  1. Experience

Since 1995, Attorney Allen Glass has maintained a law office in Seattle devoted to divorce and family law issues.  I work directly with clients, working with them to realize their goals.  I have 20 years of experience helping clients. I know your case is too important to be done by a junior attorney or a legal assistant.  Let them get their training on someone other than you.

  2. Aptitude

Divorces are unique in the law in that they can involve incredibly diverse issues, like child development issues and the valuation of a defined benefit plan or stock options.   Most divorce attorneys don’t have a comfort zone in both finance and parenting.  My background includes many years working in corporate and personal finance, in both the public and private sectors.  I have also been trained as a Guardian Ad Litem in King County, and have been appointed by the court to investigate, report, and formulate opinions about the parenting of children of divorce.

  3. Personal Attention

Surely lots of divorce attorneys care about their clients, but then they have too many cases and too many outside interests to focus on you.  Divorce is a very tough process.  I listen to my client has to say.  I will ask you about your goals, short-term and long-term, financial and personal.  I will respond to your calls usually within the same day.  I will answer your emails.  You will not get neglected or ignored.  Read what my former clients have to say about me.

  4. Cost

I try to keep my overhead low and pass on the savings to my clients.  Sometimes discount my rate if there is a financial hardship.
